What is Applied Kinesiology?
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is an advanced Chiropractic technique that uses muscle function to evaluate body dysfunction. Muscle tests are used to find nerve irritation at the spinal and cranial levels. The AK system also identifies physical, chemical, and emotional stresses on the body and uses spinal adjustments, cranial therapy, muscle work, acupuncture relationships, and nutrition to promote healing.
